ISO 15552 Cylinders

Kuhnke manufacture a complete range of pneumatic cylinders from 3mm bore, small compact designs, up to 320mm bore. The products shown here are the standard work horse 32mm - 320mm bore ranges. Both designs are to the European standard ISO 15552. The 21 series 32mm - 100mm are of a clean line design with long operating life and low friction.

All Kuhnke ISO 15552 series cylinders are double acting with adjustable cushioning and magnetic pistons as standard. All bore sizes are available with through rod, stainless piston rods and viton seals if required. There are standard stroke sizes but Kuhnke can manufacture to your exact stroke requirements.

Kuhnke ISO 15552 "21 Series" cylinders replace the previous "20" series (ISO 6431 VDM 24562) and most of the earlier "tie-rod" profile "18" series. The 32, 40, 50, 63, 80 and 100mm bore sizes are available in the new clean profile 21 series design whilst larger 125 - 320mm bore cylinders (VD & VF series) from Kuhnke are a tie-rod design. The 20 series is discontinued but replacements can be easily substituted with the lower cost new design. The mounting for the 21 series are unchanged from the 20 series.
