Kuhnke's manually operated valves have a wide variety of operators to satisfy most applications involving man-machine interface of pneumatics systems.
General purpose pushbuttons, toggle switches, knob operators, key switches, selector switches and foot pedals are available in 3/2 or 5/2 standard manual as well as air pilot assisted designs. An assortment of maintained position, spring return, latching and pneumatic reset versions round out the selection.
Manually operated valves are constructed of aluminum die cast and machined bodies. Valves with ports in both NPT and Metric threads are available to satisfy connection preferences. Spool and sleeve design provides dependable long life service.

Pushbutton - 1/8 Ports Mushroom, flush and shrouded head pushbuttons. Mushroom heads provide easy palm operation. Flush and shroud head pushbuttons are used to prevent accidental operation or to provide flatpanel appearance. Direct acting or air pilot assisted for low force operation. |

Toggle Lever, Panel Mounted, 2 Position Toggle Lever valves can be used to manually switch air supplies on equipment. Valves are designed for panel mounting. Handles have a contemporary black molded grip and require 15N of force to operate. |

Knob Operator, 2 Position Knob valves have a small travel of about 6mm (¼ inch) and can be easily operated with the palm of a hand. Knobs are constructed of sturdy black molded material. Available in spring return, pneumatic return and push-pull versions. |

Lever Operator, 2 Position, 5/2 and 3/2 Lever valves can be used to manually switch air supplies on equipment or operate cylinders and other devices. Valves can be panel mounted or fastened to a surface via body mounting holes. Handles have a contemporary black molded grip and require 15N of force to operate. Valves are available in spring return, pneumatic return and maintained position versions. |

Lever Operator, 3 Position, 5/3 Three position valves are used mostly to position cylinders manually. The operator controls the cylinder direction by moving the lever side to side. Valves with all ports open in the center position allow the cylinder piston rod to move freely, while valves with all ports closed in the center position will hold the cylinder in the desired position when the lever is returned to center. Valves can be panel or body mounted. |

Foot Pedal Foot pedal valves can be used to operate devices which hold work pieces in place on bench workstations or perform punching or drilling operations on production pieces. Housing shields pedal preventing accidental operation. Enclosure is constructed of polycarbonate and available in high visibility yellow or blue colours. |

Miniature Oil Tight Pushbuttons (22mm) Panel mounted 22mm pushbuttons are designed to fit along side standard industrial electrical pushbuttons to provide a uniform panel appearance and utilize the same drilling hole sizes and spacing. Additionally, items such as legend plates, lock off devices and other standard 22mm accessories can be used to blend air valves with electrical buttons on operator control panels. |
