We welcome your business, from small parts replacement orders to scheduled and call offs of larger quantities for systems building. We ship worldwide.
Our terms of payment are normally payment with order unless a pre-arranged credit account is in place. We accept Mastercard, VISA and most debit cards. Please email or phone us to arrange this. You can also pay by BACS (if in the UK), TT (worldwide) or by cheque in sterling drawn on a UK bank. We also accept payments in Euros and US Dollars.
Credit accounts are welcome for those customers with an annual spend in excess of £5,000. Please note that settlement of credit accounts is strictly 30 days net monthly. This means that for goods invoiced in any one month, payment is due by the end of the following month. We operate an automatic account suspension policy if these terms are exceeded. This credit facility is subject to trading references and an overall limit. To apply for a credit account please complete the form which you can download here (51Kb PDF), and fax it back to us with a copy of your letterhead and two trade references. Our fax number is shown on the form. Credit accounts are not normally available for first orders.
We always ask for payment with order, including where long manufacturing lead times apply. Our normal practice it to prepare a quotation or pro-forma invoice for you, which will show details of how to pay. The most accepted method is by TT from your bank to ours. Our system operates in GBP but you are welcome to pay in Euros or US Dollars by arrangement.
Our system will issue sales acknowledgements by post, once your order is processed. We can only proceed with an order after payment has been received (unless a monthly credit account is in operation). Invoices are issued after shipment and mailed to you. In the case of goods being shipped worldwide the appropriate number of copies of commercial invoices will accompany the goods. We try to maintain personal advice of shipments to our overseas customers by email, either by your office contact here in the UK, or by the courier's tracking system.

Please refer to clause 10, 'Property In Goods' from our conditions of sale, this means that we retain title until goods are paid for in full.
